All sales are final. Given the nature of the product we provide, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Exceptions will be granted if the product arrives damaged in some way via the postal carrier, if there was an error with your order, or for sizing adjustments with the bonnets
Bonnet Band Adjustments
We base sizing off the average size for age however, we understand that one size may not always fit all. It means so much that you have the pleasure to enjoy our products for as long as possible so if you find that your band fits a little too snug or too loose, we will adjust free of charge. In this case, please also provide an exact measurement of head circumference, from forehead to nape. You cover return shipping to us and we cover the shipping right back to you. Please allow a 2 business day turn around for sizing adjustments.
